Tapco's Tite Seal Cold Process Lap Cement is a high quality, fibered asphalt, solvent blend, of medium brushing consistency that provides a tough, permanent seal for laps of rolled roofing. It provides an even tighter longer lasting bond than hot asphalt without the disagreeable odor or smoke.

Roofcraft is a multipurpose premium wet-surface cement for repairing leaks, cracks, spots, holes etc. in all types of roofs. It may be used in all types of flashing detail or as a heavy duty foundation coating.

Tropicote #202 is a liquid asphalt waterproofing fortified with mineral fibers. It forms a tough durable shield against the elements and gives protection against leaks when properly applied.

Tropicote forms a thicker coating than hot asphalt. This permits the aggregate to imbed deeper with none of the undesirable smoke or odor. Tropicote forms a durable long-lasting water seal that will not crack, slip, or sag in the harshest weather.

Remove loose gravel and dirt before application and make sure the surface is clean and dry. After curing, Tropicote may be coated with one of TAPCO's aluminum products.

Tapco's #4003 is ready to use as it comes from the can. A careful admixture of penetrating solvents, select asphalt, mineral fortifiers, drying agents, and hardeners. This superior product has exceptional qualities. Its strong solvent base enables it to penetrate the old mat, rejuvenating it with fresh oils to keep it from drying out and cracking. The drying agents cure the asphalt enough to make the roof accessible without giving up the essential ductility of the coating. Forms a continuous durable water proof seal that will not crack under the harshest of conditions. Be sure roof is clean and dry before application.

Tapco's Gilfiex Industrial Paint is a black semi-enamel of high dialectic strength that provides a waterproofing rust preventive surface that is resistant to the elements. It is also resistant to acid and alkaline action, interior and exterior rust and oxidation.

Gilfiex is manufactured from natural mineral gilsonite, special asphalts and is blended with cut-back asphalts.

Permajet is a rich, black Gilsonite asphaltic coating with additives for sealing, preserving, waterproofing and beautifying blacktop surfaces. While providing an attractive and durable waterproof finish, it doubles the life of asphalt blacktop driveways. This is not a water-coal tar emulsion product and must be applied only to dry, clean surfaces.

This deep penetrating sealer goes down deep to revitalize and bind the underlayment, while sealing and waterproofing the top surface. Ready for use out of the can, no stirring is necessary. It is easily and quickly applied and dries overnight under normal weather conditions.
